YU8, KOSOVO. A couple of sources report that Jose, CT1FKN (aka 4W6FK and T98FKN) is in the Portuguese Army and has been in Kosovo with the NATO peacekeeping force "KFOR" for a while. Jose has received permission to be active as YU8/CT1FKN until September 20th. There has not been any QSNs reported, but Jose's activity will be on the HF bands only.
