Wulf,FO/DL1AWI, Peter,FO/DL3APO, and Mat,FO/DL5XU, will be active from
Raivavae Island (OC-114,DIFO FO-122, WLOTA L-2581) between Jan 18 and
Feb 5. Activities will take place mainly in CW on 160-30m, but they
will work also in SSB and RTTY on the other bands.

FO_aus - The German team (DL1AWI, DL3APO and DL5XU) started activity from
Raivavae, Austral Islands [425DXN 976] without essential parts of
their equipment, which were lost in transit. The missing items
(including the antennas, an amplifier and a mast) are being
recovered, but on 21 January they were still waiting for the
antennas to arrive and were still using wires. They have been
granted a special callsign (TX3D), which will be in use from 23
January through the end of the expedition. QSL FO/DL3APO via

FO/A, AUSTRAL ISLANDS (Update/New Callsign/IOTA Op). German operators
Wulf/DL1AWI, Peter/DL3APO and Mat/DL5XU should be active by the time you
read this as TX3D from Raivavae Island (OC-114, DIFO FO-122, WLOTA L-2581)
in the Austral Islands group. Activity will last through February 4th.
When the team arrived on January 19th, they only had 50% of their baggages.
However, by Saturday, January 23rd, the team received the rest of their
equipment and baggages. Remember that their focus will be mainly the lower
bands 160-30 meters but will work some higher bands on SSB and RTTY. QSL
