YU8, KOSOVO. A couple of sources report that Jose, CT1FKN (aka 4W6FK and T98FKN) is in the Portuguese Army and has been in Kosovo with the NATO peacekeeping force "KFOR" for a while. Jose has received permission to be active as YU8/CT1FKN until September 20th. There has not been any QSNs reported, but Jose's activity will be on the HF bands only. QSL via his home callsign, direct or by the bureau.
